Just a quick question about tile saws that cut accurate round tiles from the 12 in. square tiles available at the home centers. Are there any machines available and if they are on line what are there addresses?

How many do you need? If you only need a few, I suggest sawing the corners off with a tile saw and rounding the tiles with a router radius jig with a diamond bit.

If you need dozens, I suggest sawing the corners off with a tile saw and rounding the tiles on a slow turning lathe with a diamond router bit.
If you need hundreds or thousands, I recommend finding a machine shop with a CNC water jet milling machine. Or possibly a CNC laser.

I was looking for the same thing last year and wound up using my Rotozip with a carbide cutter. It worked pretty well on wall tiles, but the harder floor tiles didn't come out very well. I got my best results by nibbling at it with my tile saw.
Are you talking about making circles out of 12" tiles -- or drilling holes in the tile.
If the former, whatever do you have in mind for round tiles of this size?
