The answer to your question will have a large range of correct answers that many factors of "proper use" will influence. The quality of the carbide, original sharpness, the profile, the material being cut, the depth of cut, the feedrate, duration of contact per pass, cleaning habits after use, RPM, etc., all play a huge role in the final usage life. Not sure I could even hazard a guess that would be meaningful.
