There is a special light oil specifically for these bearings sold at most woodworking suppliers. Some will use WD or 3 in 1 but this can splatter on your work. I've been using a lube made for bicycle chains called Krytech. It is a combination of Krytox and paraffin that sets up dry. No grease or oil at all. Great for clamps and anything you want to stay clean but a little pricey. Once a bearing starts to stick, you may be smart to just get a new bearing.
there is a product called phenephite produced by kano labs. I'm not sure you would want a gal, but i believe its available in small aerosol cans.
I use 3 in 1 oil then run a scrap board through to get rid of any excess oil.
