I wanted to know has anyone tried their hand at building Pat Warner’s precision router fence. If you have I sure would love how it works out for you. Look’s pretty hefty and stable. Also where can I find aluminum of that thickness? Will I have to shape them myself or can I purchase them the way they are? Thanks

just a wild guess how about a welding shop that welds aluminum or a machine shop that builds things out of aluminum.
The machine shop will be happy to cut any slots or holes in for you. They will charge you set up fee + the hourly rate. around here the set up is $50.00 and hourly rate is $40.00 hr.
