I’m routing a 3/8″ wide by 1/8″ deep groove in the bubinga dining room table top to inlay strips of ebony. How fast or slow would you set the router speed? Grooves are 42″ long and 36″ long.

Hello Routerman,
What's your thought on using a 1/2" straight or trim router bit in a rotozip tool that has a 30,000 rpm? Should I be using Rotozip's router bits only?
Would only use cutters whose diameters, shanks sizes etc are allowable as stated in their manual.
On the safe side: 3-4x shank diameter for length and and cutting diameter is a reasonable max if there are no specs. So with an 1/8" shank max cutting length and diameter = 3/8"
