I am building a router table from an old table saw table. As such the inset router plate is going to be machined unique to the table opening. I plan on drilling and tapping the plate for the fulcrum pins that Rockler sells for assisting in the use of templates. Any recommendations for dimensioning and orientation of the location from the center of router? Thanks

I bought a router table plate from Rockler. Their 'starter pin' hole is pre-drilled about 2" away from & to the right of the bit opening. Hope that helps.
