I currently do not have a router table, but I am very interested in one. I am leaning toward getting the Incra Master Lift II. I currently have a Dewalt 618 router, which will fit the lift, but would like to get a Porter Cable 7518 motor for it eventually. This lift can accomodate both router motors without a need to buy any adapters (which I like). I know that the older Bench Dog lifts are nice, but since theyve been bought out by Rockler, I have heard the quality is down. I know the Woodpeckers are nice, but they are $30 more and would not be compatible with both the Porter Cable and Dewalt router motors. Unfortunately, I am a poor college student right now so I can’t just go out and buy the Porter Cable motor. What do you guys think about the Incra?

The Incra Master Lift II is made to Incra's specs by JessEm in their Canadian plant. The design looks solid based on the photos on the Incra site. I haven't seen one in person, however, and have never actually used that lift. I have an older BenchDog lift, made prior to Rockler buying that company, and have been pleased with it. But, I installed a PC 7518 in it straightaway.
One thing to think about is the insert plates used in the Incra. Their thin metal plates have little circular ears, and use magnets to keep them in place. That pretty much eliminates the possibility of using a guide bushing in the plate, if you might be inclined to do so. Personally, I don't like the concept of using a guide bushing in a router table, but there are those who do.
In your situation, the Incra seems to be a reasonable solution.

My favorite lift is the Woodpecker Sidewinder with a PC 7518 in it.
There is a very informative study about router lifts on the Woodwhisper site. It covers two or three different models and what the woodwhisper guy thinks are important features.
