Routing Dados for Inside Corners
I am making a bed with a top headboard rail that has a Greene and Greene “cloud-lift” detail about one foot in from each of the stiles. I cannot figure a way to rout dados the inside corners to accept the 3/4″ veneer plywood panels. The radius of the inside corners is 1/2″. Any ideas?

A slot cutter in a router table would do the job. The bearing on the slot cutter that I use most often has about a 7/16" radius, so that would fit into the inside corner without difficulty.
By the way, when the slot runs along the grain, it's usually called a groove rather than a dado.

Thanks Steve. The slot cutter sounds like a very good idea.
