I need about 750 SF of 1 1/8 Birch plywood. Is there a place that glues it up and provides custom sizes or am I going to have to glue it up?

North American Plywood http://www.northamply.com lists a product called"Finland Birch" that comes in thicknesses up to 4 inches and 60 by 120 inches in width and length.
