I HAVE A RYOBI AP 10 PLANNER AND IS WORKING FINE AFTER 9 YEARS OF MODERATE USE.
I WAT TO MAKE TO IT A COMPLETE OVERHAUL AND AS I LIVE IN CHILE, SOUTH AMERICA I DON´T HAVE A PART SUPPLIER LOCALLY .
IS THERE ANYBODY WHO CAN TELL ME THE RECOMMENDED PARTES TO CHANGE NOW OR NEXT FUTURE TO IMPORT THEM IN ADVANCE?

OFO.... I have the same Planer.... bought mine in 1984 !!!.. Recently, I thought I had a bad switch so I called Billiou's @ 1343 S. Main St.; Porterville, Calif. 93257... they are the West Coast Distributor for Ryobi parts. I also purchased a new belt.... the machine is somewhat of a challenge to take apart... small hands help. I live in Indianapolis, Indiana and was surprised that Ryobi did not have an out here.
Perhaps you've discovered that it's not too hard to sharpen the blades yourself ? I do mine by hand using kerosene on an India Stone and an Arkansas Stone. For years prior, I sent the blades off to be resharpened.
