I had purchased the smart fence from Jointech and it shipped OK but had a missing bolt and I called and emailed and called (getting a little irritated) and finally someone answered the phone yesterday and said that the company owner had a stroke and passed away on Tuesday night.<!—-><!—-><!—->
They shipped the part that day. They plan on carrying on but if you have support issues there it could take a few days for them to get everything sorted out.<!—-><!—->

That is sad. I bought their router lift not too long ago and am very pleased with the design. I hope they continue in that fine tradition.

While shopping for a router table I telephoned on a Saturday and spoke with the owner. I didn't go with Jointech and instead got a WoodHaven, but this guy was sure a straight shooter. He told me his bits weren't the best, but they are cheap so just toss one when it gets dull.Not many tool people would be that honest.Gary Curtis
