I use masking tape in 3 inch width(the cheap white variety) Some people I know use letraset films.I have found that with fine silica at 90 psi no problems.The difficulty is removal, after burnishing it down with the blast, it is a PITA to remove. Lacqer thinner or acetone works well.With a steady hand and a scalpel we have no problem in resolving 1/16 in lines
