Sawstop cabinet saw arrived in 5 days just as they said. The manual that came with the saw is the best I’ve ever seen. The saw is amazing, the adjustment wheels are like the wheels on a safe, the trunions are huge, the fit and finish is much nicer than my Powermatic or Delta tools. I bought the 3hp and after running through some walnut and maple, I am very happy with my choice. I teach some classes on furniture and canoe building so this technology was worth the extra grand. I only have a couple hours on the tool but so far I’m very impressed.

So what was your cost, delivered, and what is cost of replacement brake ? I think my better half would agree that the safety justifies the added cost. I have an old craftsmen and have been considering upgrading to a cabinet saw. Are you confident this company will be around in another 10 years ? Thanks.
Robert
My total cost was 3800, 400 for shipping from Oregon to Cape Cod, an extra brake cartridge 85 the 52" fence and table, and a zero clearance insert. It was an extra 50 shipping for a truck with a liftgate.
After seeing what the saw looked like after assembly, I'm confident the company will be around a long time. Going by the sturdiness of the saw, I know it will last.
