My industrial mobile base takes way too many pumps to lift the saw of late. There are instructions for service in the manual. If anyone has gone through the process and has insights to share maybe I can avoid some “lernin”.

How many pumps does it take? Mine takes about 5 to 6 to fully clear my uneven garage floor. I did go through the “Ready Me First” instructions that came with the ICS base and it did improve it a bit. I don’t recall how many it took at first.
Is the release lever fully off? I had the same issue until I realized the release lever wasn’t fully seated in the off position. A random wood chip somehow managed to get wedged in there. Hopefully it is something equally simple for you vs replacing the jack.
I ordered a bottle of jack oil, before it arrives I'll have time to check for debris. Thanks.
Notice any leaks?
Nothing on the deck, but there is dark smudgy dust down in there. It's about time to clean and lube the saw anyway...
I was having problems and followed the instructions for purging air from the jack. Happy to say it works like a charm again (I wasn't looking forward to removing the cover to get at the jack...one of the screws looks hard to get at).
I was looking at that inside screw today... I am doubting it's air, the saw's been in use since 2015 (that wenT FAST!) , but I'll try that before I yoink the jack.
I wasn’t think it could be air either since I’ve been using it for 3 years. But there’s no oil on the floor. I blasted it with compressed air and did the purge, and somewhere in the process the fix emerged.
Good information. I haven't had any issues with mine, but it very seldom gets moved -- only when I have a really wide rip.
