Has anyone had difficulty dealing with these people?
I placed an order on the 12th, paid with CC, followed up with an email.
Their system didn’t add the correct postage so I was wondering how much it was going to be…
5 emails later, no response whatsoever, despite their system issuing me three emails – acknowledgement of registration, login details and order confirmation.
I must say I am now just a little pissed…
I was after a particular clock mechanism and face, as the plans I have specified them as the supplier… I am sure I can get the mechanism from somewhere else and if I have to, can make up a face, but the annoying thing is that the CC transaction has gone through… now I have to dick around with them to get my money back…

I don't know the company you are dealing with but the first thing I would do is pick up the phone and not depend on E-mail. If you don't get a satisfactory response, I'd call my credit card company.
Not the easiest thing to do - 12 hour time difference and close to 15,000km away.
They just have shit customer service, from my experience.
If they didn't want to ship to my location, they shouldn't have it as an option. If they don't like the 'sound' of my country, they should just reply with a 'thanks, but no'
Ignoring numerous, pleasantly worded, inquiries is just crap.
are you expecting
overniight delivery from mail 15,000 km's away . good luck. perhaps you are a little impatient.you must be awake somewhere during that 12 hr difference usually to be able to connect with them by phone and find out if there is a problem

I think you may be leaping to conclusions, Zootalaws. Since you are in a different country, there could be communication, delivery, customs or security issues. Just because you sent E-mails, doesn't mean they received them and vice versa. I doubt it has anything to do with your nationality. You don't really know if there are any problems until you get in touch with the company. I understand your frustration but there might be a simple answer why your order is delayed.
