Lee Valley has 1s and 2s for sure. I don't know about 0s.
Google is your friend. Not being a smart alek but just plug it in google and several sources pop up.
Mcfeely's on line is a place where I've purchased screws.
If you are still searching (or for your next search) try this small, somewhat obscure manufacturer: https://www.fastmetalproducts.com. They are in the Boston suburbs (Waltham, MA), and I personally like to support USA manufacturing when I can. They dont have much of a web site, just a product/price list, but the phone service is friendly and helpful. I have had good luck finding the odd size and spec brass screws I was after.
I didn’t check their inventory, but plus 1 for McFeelys. I’d also check Fastenal if I were you. Regards.
