I have an old Boice Crane scrollsaw that takes up to a 9″ blade. The only size I can find is the standard 5″. Can anyone tell me of a source for longer blades or someone who custom makes longer blades? I have searched all over the internet .

You could give a call or email to Mike's Workshop (seller of Flying Dutchman blades, the best!) and ask if he knows. There are several scrollsaw forums on-line, some of the members have been around a long, long time, and might be able to help.
