Are there any instructional videos or articles on creating a sculpted joint? The Maloof chairs come to mind. Specifically I am referring to a chair arm joining the back post.

I'd imagine you can use other tools than the angle grinder for the sculpting, but the gist should be useful - at least it was to me.
There was an article on this in FWW a while back. Have you searched the archive here? Maybe an editor or other subscriber will come by and tell us the details. As I recall, the article had some good tips.
