hello to all. i have been wondering if there is a supplier of seat blanks for one who would like to try his hand at making an older style chair. from my reading i gather most seats start out about 2 inches thick. i can find material for the rungs ,spindles, spreaders etc. but am at a loss when it comes to the seat blanks. any help you folks can give me would be appreciated. bob

Mike Dunbar will be happy to sell you some seat blanks. Look under materials at thewindsorinstitute.com. Bring your credit card.
