Hi, fine wood people. Issue 311 hit the mail box today and I almost got splinters from devouring the magazine so eagerly. Then I went looking for the video extras listed on p. 6. I used the search function and the printed link, but only found them when they accidentally turned up in a list of something else.
OK, I still love everything about your magazine and my unlimited membership is some of the best money I spend! Could you maybe give a full link to the videos on the print page?
Thanks a heap!

Along those same lines. The most recent issue of FWW has an index reference and page number to a Mike Pekovic comment about using heat treated wood for furniture. Well the index is there but there is no comments by Mike Pekovic that I could find on page 72. It is too bad because I am interested in learning the pros and cons of using Cambia wood for furniture.
The page has been updated with the links to the videos.
I keep looking for the "Like" button, but not here, I guess. Thanks for jumping on that, and thanks for running a tight ship here.

Yes, you did say that out loud and I don't appreciate your tone or your content. First off, I'm not going to continue to allow you to insult me or the staff. People make mistakes and this was one.
Secondly, I made this mistake.
This is your only warning. Be nice or leave.
That was my mistake. I failed to put that post on the issue page. It's been updated.

Ben the link to 311 does not work.
I found it:

Thanks for the working link. That is exactly what I was looking for.
Really? Working here.
Hang in there Ben, I know what you're doing isn't easy.
Don't let a handful of cranky subscribers get to you.
+1
Managing the amount of content produced by FWW and then presenting it in an intuitive manner is not a trivial task. In fact it is incredibly challenging and represents a multi-billion dollar market. Even the largest companies struggle with content management.
My understanding of this forum is to ask questions about woodworking and the content produced by FWW, not air grievances. There are better options to raise concerns or enhancements to the site than posting in a forum.
