   Tried Leigh Valley? They too may only offer the bit in a set.

   Lee valley, didn't have 9/16 bradpoint bits, but they did have 9/16 forstner bits.  That will do just fine and I've already ordered it thanks

   The Lee Valley part number for the 9/16 brad point bit is 07J02.40

   Brent,  thank you, I missed the brad point bit and and have already ordered the forstner bit, but it should do what I need it to do just fine. thanks again.  Russ
