Hi, I’m a designer seeking an apprenticeship in woodworking. I’ve only sketched furnitures so far but have to make them. I’ve not followed any sort of specific education and would need to start from the scratch. I’m from France currently staying near Boston. An intern position with a mentor is my best option. Would you have a tip? Thank you.

It's not an internship, but one of the best woodworking schools in the United States is right there in Boston, the North Bennet Street School. http://www.nbss.org/ Take a trip to see them. It's right next to the Old North Church, which in itself is something to see.
