I’ve never sold machinery before, what have you used to sell equipment? Thanks

Facebook Marketplace is widely used.
Craigslist has worked for me. Good photos are the key.
+1 for Craigslist. If you've not sold anything on there before, watch out for scammers. I use a "throw-away" email and always meet at a neutral location. PDs typically have a dedicated e-commerce zone.
If there is a local woodworking club check with them. Our local moves machines within members.
I do the same. Would rather it go to a fellow woodworker if possible. For some things, I've used the annual citywide garage sale for some things as well.
Sold a TS and BS through Craigslist. The first response or two will be from scammers. Check out existing power-tool ads for inspiration. They'll be two types of buyers -- one can load up the Jointer as-is. The other will need it disassembled for transport. Wife actively uses FB marketplace for both buying and selling staging accessories with good success.
