I apologize for the long wait getting an answer to your question. We don't work much with shapers around here so I wasn't even sure who to approach for an answer. There isn't an easy way to set up locking miter bits, they're notoriously difficult. But there are some tricks that can make the job go easier, but I have to do a little research. In the mean time what size and brand of cutter are you using?
