I’m bummed, my shop is a detached garage in the backyard which is a 100′ foot walk from the front door in 20″ of snow right now. MD DC burbs got hit bad this weekend. I was in the shop all day and evening Saturday but the monster storm hit Sunday night/morning thru Mon noon. My work was closed Mon and Tues and all my time was spent digging out two autos, and well ya joy riding in my 4×4 and resting. I just didn’t have the energy, yet, to dig a path to the shop.
Maybe this weekend,
MD at Duke Wed night!, Go Terps!
Enjoy, Roy

Roy,
Having lived with seasonal snowfall accumulations of 150"-200" all my life, all I can say is keep shoveling and keep smiling!!!
Now you just have to learn how to get the white stuff cleared off the drive and sidewalks by 6:30 a.m. so you're not late for work.

PS What on earth is a "Terp"? Sounds like something one would find floating in a toile.... Never mind.
Terps = Univ. of Maryland mascott...a turtle...they have a great basketball team...BIG East...
Kinda like Go Spartans...
Terapin, Terp for short.
MD Terps are the northern most ACC school, not the Big East. Sunday nights game was canceled until Monday. The game time was set at noon on Monday for 5:00 and 14,000 fans still showed up. Rabid fans around here for the defending National Champs. Whole season is sold out, darn! And the TV coverage was lost so I had to catch it on the radio. Poor Wake Forest played like they had been lock in a hotel for 3 days. :o)
When I was on the forum last night my son came up to tell me NASA GSFC was closed again Wednesday. They changed thier mind late. Oh this is worth another phone call. I work for a contractor and had the day off again, yeah! That landscaping contractor has got to be in trouble. When my wifes company is open in bad weather there are only 10-12 people to complain. My work is about 25,000 people complaining. :)
I started gigging to the shop, I have to remember the goal to keep the smile on my face.
Enjoy, Roy
Only 20"?
Boy oh boy, I wish I had it that easy.

High 50's here in Atlanta today. Had to wear a long sleeve T-shirt as yes, it's a little chilly when I go out the shop door. I guess you have to be a man about these things. he..he..
My sister-in-law emailed pictures from western Pa. You guys please keep the snow. It's awful pretty, but.........
Have a great day...

Your 20" is about double what we in southeastern Wisconsin have had all winter. I have had to plow only once so far. I'm not complaining but unless we have a wet spring, we are in for a drought. It has been a cold winter but no and I mean NO snow.
