Gizmo, those pic files are very large (2MB?!). Any chance you could post some smaller ones? You’ll get more responses to your post, probably, if you do.

For instance, here is "doors2.jpg" resized (the main step) and slightly cropped. The new file size is 64K, instead of around 2 MB.
