Grizzly just had a Shop fox remote control with two remotes rated for 1 1/2hp DC priced at $29.95. Is this unit a piece of junk or would I be better off with the Lone Ranger brand?

Is that the price for the remote, receiver and power module? If so, it is a good price. I use units from Fernbrook, 800.382.1924 and I think the price was about $70 for the 3 components. The receiver/transmitter are dual channel: I run one 110 v DC from the A channel and I added a second power module for a 220v DC unit to run off the B channel. The remote has dual channel as well. I have been using their products for 4 years and they have been trouble free.
