My old shop vac finally bit the dust (pun intended).  After reading Roland Johnson’s article in FWW #163, p. 80, I’m pretty muchg set on the Porter Cable 7814.  I need a 2 1/2 dia. hose and Rolland’s article seems to suggest the hose on the 7814 is smaller.  Does anyone know the diameter of the hose?  Chairwright
