Ski Building!! Radius Jig for shaper!

I am a amateur ski builder in Oregon.
Modern Ski Design requires a side cut radius of 15-25 meters. Typically I would use a template and a router w/ a straight template bit. This requires a lot of clamps, and a lot of repositioning of the clamps.
My thought is to make a radius rip fence for a shaper to match the side cut of my ski.
It seems like if i can make this radiused fence, then I can simply run wood through it without having to clamp a template to it, or anything like that.
Thoughts…?
