our home depot has specials for contractors about once a month here an I picked up this router for 25 bucks, it's without a doubt my lowest grade router, but for under a hundred dollars it's not a bad router. it will be a good start up router for you but if you want to do some serious routing I would switch to one of the name brands. as far as customer service Skill an Bosch can not be Topped...
