I’ve got a typical suburban 2-car 20′ x 20′ (8′ ceiling) garage with a ton of stuff in it, most of which I do not want overspray on.
Trying to decide the best solution to that problem.
Amazon has a number of inflatable spray booths, some that aren’t too shockingly expensive if you think circa $400 isn’t shockingly expensive. Any downsides to going that path? Any alternatives I should consider?

There are pop-up tent structures that are not inflatable. Considering that the booth will wind up mixed in with that ton of stuff between uses I'd worry about long-term survival.
Yep, long-term survival and how much space it takes up would definitely be an issue. I've looked at pop up tents but I think I'd have to leave one wall open to let spray vent out and I'm trying to avoid that. I'll be finishing interior doors, cabinets, etc., so I need some space to work in.
It might make sense to consider another finish beside Spray On.
I would still use the tent in the garage to prevent dust from getting on the finish.
I hate this problem.
Setting up and taking down the spray sheets is a horrible pain.
Sadly the boss won't let me build a spray booth next to the shop.
I have resorted to doing most of my spraying outdoors on suitable days.
This sucks too, but it sucks less than setting up anything fancier.
What I have considered is something fixed to my ceiling - think Roman blinds on a square frame, hoisted out of the way - not done it yet, and probably never will, but I can dream...
I only spray outdoors. I've never found a decent indoor solution.
Outdoors is limited. There's the cold, and rain. Spraying on sunny days is just as problematic. But it's still the best solution for me.
I'm thinking a pipe frame from which sliding curtains would hang as with shower curtains.
