So, did anyone land a great Amazon deal?
The new Amazon flyer has some great discount codes that could be combined with other incentives. The Delta 36-680 contractor saw is available for $340, the 36-682 (w/Biese fence) is available for $520, the 36-715 hybrid is available for $590 delivered with all discounts applied. Those are some hot deals IMO.
free shipping code, $100 off $500 purchase, power saw savings up to $110…they apply to circ saws, band saws, and other if you get the total up to $500.
Anyone jump in?

Sorry, not jumping in. That is more than I paid for my last Unisaw.

Painful to think about. PM 15" planer with $100 WHM rebate, $100 Amazon reward certificates, $150 promotion rebate and another roughly 10% Amazon card and affiliate program incentives. Free freight of course. Basement shop will be a lot quieter once that screaming Ridgid lunch box departs.
I too have had great success with Amazon (air compressor, table saw, nailing guns, etc...) Low prices, no sales tax and quick delivery--what else can you ask for?
Actually, the Christmas deal I found was better... Lowes ran a special over the last two Christmases for 20% off all power tools. Amazon will match as Lowes does it online too. I got the Dewalt 6 pc kit + free extra tool with discounts and free shipping for $480.
Actually, not to be a party pooper, but you are suppose to pay tax on mail order items. So, technically they are not tax free, but we all know what that means. Just like to spread a little guilt!
Yeh - but the hotest deal has to be on the Performax Mini Benchtop Sander;
Was $499.99 NOW $499.94
What a steal!
One time I saw a sale, something available for $99.99. Regular price? $99.95.My goal is for my work to outlast me. Expect my joinery to get simpler as time goes by.
Two 24" bessy k bodies, one 31" and a 40" for 76 bucks shipped.

I bought a Welton woodworking vise in Dec from Amazon for $100. In my last catalog it listed for $129.95. I think I got a pretty good deal. I like the free freight.
