Wait 'til tomorrow, when they all warp or something. ;-)
Dual congratulations, on a good job and enjoying woodworking with your wife. Mine is really only interested in the final product.
Dave
*jerrymy wife & i have had the same problem..cheersalex
*Hmmm... All fit, but did they fit in the right place? Perhaps you screwed up by actually cutting the tenons on the wrong end or upside down. All square? Perhaps they were made for round holes.Just guessing. Sorry to see it's causing you such concern. I personally think I have it right all the time, but eventually discover I had it wrong about 1/10th the time. So there's still a chance your screw up will reveal itself. Then again, you may have screwed up by making them fit and square when you were actually trying to make them loose and rectangular.Oh well.Dave ;-)
*This is actually a thinly disguised, lewd and lascivious message with blatant sexual connotations, masquerading as a real woodworking question. They all fit square, huh? Where did you "screw-up?"Indeed!Just how dumb do you think we are here? Just 'cause we work with woodies, er wood all the time!;-)Rich...running and ducking
*It never fails. Every time a women gets in the shop, things never turn out normal.
*They were all true and square!!!!!What were you and misses drinking that day and how much? If it can work for you I'M going to give it a try. Sorry my wife hates the shop. But my sister-in-law, Well, Thats another story.Dave in Pa.(there are too many Dave's in here)
*I prefer a round ended mortise and tenon rather than a square one when being lewd and lascivious. Just my personal preference of course.
