Have searched archives and FWW with no specific answers to my question(s). Have need to hang small (17″ W X 13″ H) doors without hinges showing. Purchased series 100 SOSS but am having problems getting good fit (in spare wood). So, any tips and/or alternatives? As usual TIA

I went to Google, entered "fitting Soss hinge" and Roberts your relative.http://www.ratman.co.uk/pdf/product/SOSS.pdf

The obvious is make a mock up and install the hinges, before determining the clearance you require for the door to function without rubbing against the cabinet carcass / insure that you drill or router the holes plumb to the panels / insure that the center line of each hole is the same center line when you compare the two or more / Insure that the holes are not too big - you need a tight fit. (the hinge is metric) / note that smaller SOSS hinges have a tendency to sag i.e. the weight of the door will want to drop the door side of the hinge. JL
I SET SOME SOSS ONE TIME WITH EXCELLENT RESULTS, THE SECRET FOR ME WAS TO BUY THE MANUFACTURES ROUTER TEMPLATE AND BE PICKY WITH THE ROUTER DEPHTS
