I’m looking for quart containers to mix and store my transtint dyes and other chemicals. They must be chemical proof and seal well. I’ve been using the ones with the snap on top, but they don’t seal well enough. Any ideas for quart size containers with a good sealing screw top?

I've been using common everyday water bottles for years. You know the ones.... buy a bottle of spring water in the grocery store for a $1.19. Drink the water, use the bottle for your dye. I even use them for alchohol dyes. Cheap, unbreakable, and you keep one more piece of plastic out of the landfil.
Another hint: the tiny 8oz. water bottles (commonly given to first class passengers on planes) are great for storing dye samples or a bit for future touch-ups. Properly labled, of course.

+1 on US Plastics. I've bought a lot of stuff from them. For your application, I'd recommend the hydrocarbon barrier plastic bottles: http://www.usplastic.com/catalog/item.aspx?itemid=23736&catid=805
