Hi,
I want to make an oversized base for my trim router. I want to make it out of polycarbonate. I’ve ordered two 12″ x 12″ sheets through Amazon. One sheet is from National Security Mirror, the other from acrylandUSA. They are both too warped to be useful. Does anyone know a good source for flat polycarbonate sheets?

I've been happy with Tap Plastics, usually at my local Seattle store, but I think they cut and ship to order as well.

You can usually find it at the big box stores in their window depts. Where you can inspect the sheet. Just be careful because they usually carry both Acrylic and Polycarbonate eg. Lexan and polycarbonate is much stronger.
I needed some for a window repair, and found a local supplier. For the size you need, it's just an offcut for them. You can likely find something better, for less money, local.
I've used Lexan as well as polycarbonate. Bought them both through Amazon no problems.
You need thicker material for router bases, at least 3/8".
Lee Valley carries it in 1/4 and 3/8 thick. leevalley.com
