What kind of results can I expect? Bookshelves are MDF, 10 inches deep, with fixed shelves, some of them spaced as close as 11 inches. Edges of MDF parts are all trimmed with maple or poplar, so we don’t have MDF cut-edge syndrome to deal with. I am wondering what we will encounter spraying into those inside corners.

It depends what your finishing it with, I've worked in the industry, but didn't finish much of it. I would start with a sanding sealer first, The mdf will soak up finish like a sponge.
Is the back on the book case? If you can take it off , if you spray it. It makes it easier and shouldn't have spray build-up in the corners. If you have more questions, feel free to contact me at [email protected]
I've worked in the furniture industry 20 years and own a business building custom furniture.
Hairfece,
I have a possible customer who wants a bed frame made, its easy money but the question that crosses my mind is -- Do you know if there are any liabilities when it comes to making a bed frame (made with 8/4 & 6/4 Cherry) and it collapses because kids are jumping up and down to lovers doing their own dance? I know there are other posibilities but those are the first two which came to mind.
