TransTint concentrate should mix with lacquer.
Where would I find trans tint?
What type of plywood are you working with? Have you sprayed a colored finish (toner) before?
If the wood is not very dark, spraying the color in the finish isn't a great approach. Especially in one application.
What brand of lacquer are you using?

bowlegs ,
A quality stain and top coated finish is typically not achieved with one coat , study up on coatings , talk to the folks where your lacquer purchase is made , ask for a guideline or information . It almost sounds as though you are short on time or otherwise trying to rush the finish .
good luck dusty
TransTint is made for Jeff Jewitt, and is available at Woodcraft and other stores. On line, you can acquire it from Jeff's site, http://www.homesteadfinishing.com.
However, as the others have pointed out, it is very hard to get a good result from spraying a toned finish. It can be done for industrial finishing operations, usually as a part of a more complex system, or as a cheap expedient to hide mismatched woods. Using a dye stain first is much more flexible, and even using waterbased dye it can be overcoated in a few hours.
Analine dyes are what is generally used. Very efective. As others warned the results are not as nice as staining first. If you use an alchohol based dye for the stain you can finish within 30 minutes. But they pretty much have to be sprayed.
