I use a Fuji 4 stage hvlp pack and spray all of the lacquers. My favorite brushed finish is shellac, but I would appreciate your experience on spraying it. I know that it will flash off very quickly, but aside from that how does it spray? What tip would you use, I have a 1.4 and 1.5. Thanks for your help.

I found it sprays pretty well. You will have to experiment with how much you thin it alcohol to see what works best for your spray system. I use a HVLP gravity gun with a regular air compressor. It does flash fairly quick. If the Fuji set has warm air it might accelerate how quickly it flashes.
