Welcome to Knots! Too bad about the Pond, but we're still here.
I've had good luck with Benjamin Moore - can't remember the exact name but it is formulated for treated wood. I assume you want a "solid color" and not a penetrating stain. (Doubt if any of the latter will work.)
I've noticed that there are some products on the market now which claim you can use them immediately without waiting for the wood to dry. Avoid them like the plague.
