Fred, Look for an architectual hardware distributor. They carry Stanley, Hager and 'Imports' too.
Macmaster-Carr and other catalogue suppliers also carry them.
The hinge types to choose from, are: Butt hinges,(Loose pin or 'fast' pin) which are mortised into both door and jamb.
Half surface , (Loose or fast pin) which are mortised into the jamb, and surface mounted to the door with thru-bolts.
Full Surface, (No mortise, but attached to the outer face of the jamb and thru-bolted to the door). These come with tight pin as well as loose pin.
Spring hinges (Self closing) HS ,FS,and Butt.
