So I won a auction bid for a #3 Stanley Bedrock and a #3 Bailey plane. I am working on the Bailey right now, it is in pretty rough shape, lots of rust, probably just be a user. The side of the body has lost a piece here and there will not affect use. The chip breaker is slightly bent but can be straightened. The blade is marked “Stanley Rule and Level’ and the chip breaker is marked ‘Bailey’s Patented Dec 24 12-24-1867’. Anybody know anything about this plane??

Check with the folks at the FaceBook page "Just Plane Fun: The Parts Division."
This site will ask you questions about the plane and give you a dated result.
