Greetings,  I am investigation the idea of starting a woodworking guild and am looking for any kind of insight.

• From members – what do you like about your guild, what don’t you like, general ideas of meetings and the like
• From guild creators – what are major pitfalls to avoid, what works and what doesn’t, forming a committee, do you accept all members regardless of skill level or is there some kind of criteria to enroll, arranging guests, dues and fees
