I am embarassingly late gettint these scans up, but they’re finally done. Steinmetz has responded a couple of times to please for information on doing hinges and latches on doors, but he didn’t have the resources to put up scans. He sent me the paper plans, and a sample jig. Click on the link below to see all of his drawings. I’ll have to take a pic later of the actual jig.
I’ve left room to type in some narrative from Steinmetz as he provides it, so you might want to check back in a few days and see if there’s more information provided next to the pictures.

Ahhhhh, just fired up the computer to send you an email, but I see you've found my post. If you want to write a short narrative for each picture and send it to me, feel free. Just label them Pic1, Pic2, Pic3, etc. I'll insert them into the web page next to the pictures.

F G , here's a few attachments I hope will help Ed
That's comon jig construction, and if you have more than one door to hang, you can gang the jigs up to do all the hinges consistantly.
I just finished a run of 50 pre-hung doors for a restoration job, and this jig saved countless hours. Other than a commercialy produced jig, this is the only way to go.
