Storm door panel retaining clips, screw/knifeblade type … help!

Building a storm door with interchangable panels. Customer would like panel retaining clips that are found in another door in his other house. The “clips” look like slotted screw heads in the door itself that turn a thin bit of metal into a kerf in the panel. All that is seen on the door is the screw head. Having trouble locating this type of hardware. Any ideas? Would love some help. Thanks in advance.
