subscribed on 7-4-2020 but not getting any joy activating
Hi All,
I wonder if anybody can assist, I hope all are well and safe in these trying times,
I decided to pull the trigger and take out 1yrs subscription with the intention of perhaps upgrading to the unlimited, I did this on tuesday 7/4/2020. put in my credit card details, email address, physical address etc…
To date I have not received any confirmation email and my subscription is not active, I have emailed the support email address but have only received automated responsed, I realise there are delays due to covid19 however was expecting a response by now.
Any advice?
