LONG TIME UNLIMITED MEMBER BUT CANT TAKE THE SUBSCRIPTION MESS AND IT SEEMS TAUNTON WONT SEND ME BACK ISSUES THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED. THEY ALSO CANT SEEM TO ACTUALLY CHANGE MY ADDRESS WHEN I ASK THEM TO DO SO. PAIN IN THE ASS AND THIS TAKES AWAY FROM MY WW TIME SO I AM OUT.

I have the same problem. I am an unlimited member, but I haven't received a paper issue since Oct. 2022 #298. I am still trying to fix the problem with customer service. If anyone else has had problems receiving their paper issues, please respond and maybe we'll get noticed !

Hi Waffles, My situation is almost identical to yours regarding getting any resolution to an address correction combined with the fact that I have not received ANY issues since April this year. I find the complete lack of competency in the company providing this service for Taunton very sad.
I don't know if my subscription is cancelled or not, but I have not received paper issues since August. I live in Finland. I have paid for 3 years in 2021.
FWW created a group of representatives to help with these problems but they haven't advertised it very well.
