I just heard about this on the radio. It’s a surplus sale run by the Master Builders’ Association of King and Snohomish Counties, starts tomorrow and runs through Saturday. Proceeds go to the Master Builders Education Foundation.

What a coincident. My wife was at the MBA building in Bellevue yesterday and they told her about the event. I'll have to check it out.
Let me know what it's like! I can't go this time, but with a little more lead-time I'd like to go to the next one if it seems worth it.forestgirl -- you can take the girl out of the forest, but you can't take the forest out of the girl ;-)Another proud member of the "I Rocked With ToolDoc Club" .... :>)
No tools. Lot of leftovers from construction projects. Some odd sized windows, furnitures, lighting, hardware and boxes and boxes of threaded metal rods. They must have finished building a Motel 6 and needed a way to dispose of all the extras.
No siding or anything like that, eh? I guess I wasn't expecting they'd have tools, but wouldn't have guessed that threaded rods would be the main act, LOL! Oh well, doesn't sound like I missed much. Hey no prob. I went there the second day so all the good stuff probably sold immediately. There was a pallet full of misc. 2x4s, several planks of Hardy board and other odds-and-end lumber, but that was sold.
It's hard to believe the park used to be a military base. Lot of neglected real estate on the edge of Seattle.
