Don't know for sure if this is what you want, but here goes...
After you choose to "Reply" to a message, the input screen should pop up. At the top, you should notice a pull-down menu with the name of the individual you are replying to. By clicking on the down-arrow, you should be able to change the message to "ALL" or to a whole list of others.
