Don't bother with a miter track, you don't need one one a router table.
T track is different than miter track in that it allows you to clamp
things to it. It's profile allows for a hex bolt to slide in and
not lift out. You then can use various knobs screwed on to the bolt
and tighten down. T-tracks are nice on router tables (and drill presses, table saw jigs, etc....). Just do a search in Google on T Track and you'll pull up some places that sell them. If you have a Rockler or Woodsmith in your area, they have T-track too. There are different brands, but basically they're all very similar.
Miter slot/track is just a U shaped channel, that's it. As the previous poster said, on a router table its not a must have, although it could have its uses. Just depends on what you want to do. I wouldn't go as far to say its useless.
Good luck.
I just got sections of t-track from rockler on sale.. It was a great buy too. 4' track plus a bunch of the plastic knobs and bolts that work so well with it for $9.99 (I think). try them online if no store close.
